2009 Nursery Day at the Missouri Botanical Garden

Plan to attend the 14th annual Nursery Day, a St. Louis horticulture industry tradition presented by the staff of Missouri Botanical Garden/Kemper Center for Home Horticulture and Plants of Merit with volunteer host assistance from St. Louis Master Gardeners and sponsor support from the Landscape and Nursery Association of Greater St. Louis. This FREE admission event is open to all professional members of the horticulture green industry.

The featured theme of this year's Nursery Day educational event will be updates regarding stormwater management and rain garden initiatives that provide opportunities for the green industry professional. Representatives from St. Louis County Soil and Water Conservation District, Grow Native!, Shaw Nature Reserve, ASLA, MSD and others will be providing updates regarding the many facets of this quickly emerging aspect of the landscape.
