Catalpa bignoniodes

Southern Catalpa is a medium to large tree that grows with an irregular oval crown. Southern Catalpa occurs along streams, bluff bases and in both low and upland woods. White, spring flower clusters can be a real showstopper. Flowers are followed by long, slender, green seedpods.
